Each option includes the complete current collection of 20 Foundations of Power™ Live Workbooks.
Licensed for one educator. Includes the complete current collection of 20 Live Workbooks. The licensed educator may use and reproduce the workbooks for students in classes personally taught by that educator, including multiple class sections.
Licensed for multiple authorized educators within one school or department. Includes the same complete current collection of 20 Live Workbooks. Authorized educators within that licensed school or department may use and reproduce the workbooks for their students.
Licensed for institution-wide educational use at one identified site. Includes the same complete current collection of 20 Live Workbooks. Authorized educators and programs throughout that licensed site may use and reproduce the workbooks for their students. Additional sites require additional licensing.

These terms govern Foundations of Power™ Live Workbooks, collections, downloadable educational materials, and related digital resources (“Materials”). Purchasing or receiving Materials does not transfer copyright or ownership. The purchaser receives a limited license according to the license level purchased.
Included with individual $9.99 Live Workbook purchases and consumer workbook bundles unless another license is expressly identified at purchase. The purchaser may use the purchased Materials personally and with members of the purchaser's household. Classroom, school, organizational, institutional, district-wide, resale, sublicensing, and public-distribution rights are not included.
Includes the complete current collection of 20 Foundations of Power™ Live Workbooks for one teacher or educator. The licensed educator may use and reproduce workbook materials for students in classes that educator personally teaches, including multiple class sections taught by that same educator. The license may not be shared with or transferred to another educator. Original ZIP/master files may not be distributed to students or other educators.
Includes the complete current collection of 20 Foundations of Power™ Live Workbooks for one identified school or one identified department. Authorized educators within that licensed school or department may use and reproduce the Materials for students served by it. This does not authorize district-wide, multi-school, multi-campus, or system-wide use.
Includes the complete current collection of 20 Foundations of Power™ Live Workbooks for educational use at one identified physical or organizational site. Authorized educators and staff at that site may use and reproduce the Materials for learners served there. Additional campuses, branches, schools, sites, or systems require additional licensing.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, no license permits reselling or sublicensing the Materials; selling copies made from them; publicly posting Materials or ZIP files; sharing beyond the purchased license; distributing master download files for independent use; removing copyright, trademark, attribution, or licensing notices; claiming authorship or ownership; or incorporating substantial portions into another product offered for sale or distribution.
All applicable copyrights and other intellectual-property rights in the Materials remain with Charles A. Jones Jr. FOUNDATIONS OF POWER™ is used as a brand identifier. A purchase grants usage rights only and does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, source materials, design rights, or other intellectual property.
Digital products may be delivered through a secure, time-limited download system. Expiration of a download link does not terminate a valid educational license; it only terminates access through that particular download link. Customers are responsible for securely retaining legitimately downloaded Materials.
Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, a license applies to the Materials included with the purchased product at the time of purchase. The three educational licenses currently include the 20-workbook collection. Future workbooks, expanded collections, new editions, courses, videos, or other products are not automatically included unless expressly stated.
Educational licenses are non-transferable except where Foundations of Power™ provides written authorization. A Teacher/Classroom License belongs to the licensed educator. A School/Department or Institution/Site License belongs to the organization and location identified when purchased.
Organizations requiring district-wide, system-wide, multi-campus, multi-site, or other expanded rights should request a separate licensing arrangement at contact@foundationsofpower.com.
