Foundations of Power™ is an educational website operated by Charles A. Jones Jr. It shares information about Black American history, achievement, innovation, labor, leadership, and contributions to the wealth and growth of the United States. The website may include articles, a rotating history spotlight, news links, information about the book Foundations of Power, and links to social-media platforms and third-party services.

The ™ symbol identifies the Foundations of Power brand. Historical photographs, quotations, news materials, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners and may be used under permission, license, public-domain status, or applicable law. A credit does not transfer ownership.

Foundations of Power™ does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, security, advertising, products, or services. 6.Purchases and Payment Processing
Purchases may be completed through Square (SquareUp.com) or may redirect you to Amazon or another independent seller. Square is an independent payment processor and handles payment-card and transaction information under Square’s own terms and privacy notices. Foundations of Power™ may receive order details, purchaser contact information, billing or shipping information, transaction status, and other information needed to process, fulfill, document, or support an order, but does not directly receive or store full payment-card numbers.
Prices, taxes, shipping charges, delivery estimates, refund terms, and availability will be shown or communicated for the applicable order. Purchases made through Amazon or another seller are also governed by that seller’s terms, policies, fulfillment practices, and customer-service procedures.
7.Email and Communications
If you email us or subscribe to future updates, you agree that we may respond to your request or send the updates you requested. Subscription to email updates is free. You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time by using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting us. The website does not currently provide public comments or user-submitted blog posts.
